Is a japanese singer-songwriter who started singing r&b at 16 years old, Influenced by Namir Amuro and Lauryn Hill. While still in her teens, she immersed herself in the subculture. Soon, she turned her own style of mixing r&b with acoustic island elements into a solo singing career.
In 2012, FUKI participated in the cover album "Sunset Beach Lover" produced by EIGO (known for his work with Che'nelle and Dai Hirai among others). In spite of a release limited to Village Vanguard, the project has registered more than 4000 in sales. Due to this success, a sequel entitled "Sunset Beach Sweet Holiday" was released in August 2013.
